A WEEKEND FULL OF CYCLING
Megalopolis Gravel Classic
The event program kicks off on Saturday at 12:00 pm in the Central Square of Megalopolis. A full cycling Expo—a proper Bike Festival - awaits participants, offering the chance to explore cycling products, pick up any forgotten or unexpectedly useful accessories—all at special event prices - and discover local products.
For younger visitors, a small cycling track will be set up to enjoy riding and test their skills.
Location
The Expo Area will be hosted in Megalopolis Central Square, which also serves as the starting point for all three main rides: the 25 km recreational route, and the 50 km and 100 km routes. Situated in the heart of Arcadia, participants will have the opportunity to experience a unique weekend of adventure and action.

The Megalopolis Gravel Classic features an Expo Area, live music, and food, creating opportunities to meet interesting people and experience the joy of the cycling community.
Several cycling brands will be present with accessories and services. It’s worth visiting their booths, talking with the teams, and exchanging ideas - after all, we are all part of the same cycling family.

Cycling burns many calories, and while gels and energy bars are one way to replenish, the Megalopolis Gravel Classic offers a far more enjoyable option: discovering Arcadia’s local cuisine and traditional products. From the region’s exceptional honey—among the best in the world—to dairy products, handmade pasta, and fine wines, participants can taste and purchase local specialties.
Handmade products, local businesses, special prices for shopping, and tasting opportunities provide a true cultural experience—and the energy needed for the rides.
Participants can, of course, ride their own MTB - the type of bike is not a limitation - or rent a gravel bike specifically for the event from Athens Bike Rental.
