Purpose of the Event

The event is non-competitive, aiming to promote outdoor gravel cycling, highlight the natural and cultural heritage of the region, and support the local economy through cycling tourism.
Right to Participate

- Participation is open to individuals over 18 years old.
- Individuals aged 16–17 may participate with a signed parental or guardian consent form.
- Participation is intended for Gravel bikes, but other bikes (MTB, cyclocross, touring) suitable for mixed terrain are also allowed.
Route Characteristics

- The route includes paved roads, dirt roads, and trails.
- The route markings are indicative, and it is recommended to use the GPS files that will be provided to participants.
Time Limits

- There will be no ranking or timing.
- A maximum finish time of 5 hours will be enforced for safety and coordination purposes.
- At 3 selected points, there will be checkpoints and feed stations.

Mandatory Equipment

- Helmet (mandatory throughout the entire route)

- Charged mobile phone
- GPS device or smartphone with navigation capability
Participant Behavior

- We ride with respect for the environment, local residents, and fellow participants.
- Littering on the route is prohibited.
- All participants are required to obey traffic laws when riding on public roads.
- The organizers reserve the right to exclude participants who display dangerous or inappropriate behavior.
Medical Coverage & Safety

- A mobile first aid unit and rescue personnel will be present along the route.
- Participants are personally responsible for their physical condition and the adequacy of their equipment.
- The organizers recommend that all participants have personal accident insurance.

Participation Fee

Participation is confirmed upon payment of a registration fee of €20, which includes:
- Entry to the route
- GPS file
- Souvenir gift
- Feed stations
- Access to the start/finish area and post-ride activities
Image Rights

By participating, riders acknowledge and accept that they may be photographed or filmed, and that this material may be used for promotional purposes by the event organizers.
Modifications

The organizers reserve the right to modify the terms and details of the route, or to postpone the event in the case of extreme weather or other exceptional circumstances.
